I'm a Product Designer, and I'm at my best when the problem is a mess.

Healthcare, enterprise software, government, nonprofits. The common thread in my work isn't an industry, it's the tangle. The systems nobody wants to touch because they're too complicated, too regulated, or too far gone. I reach for that type of work. I figure out what people actually need, get teams pointing the same direction, and turn something overwhelming into something people can use without a manual.

I came to design by way of a career pivot, which means I don't take it for granted. I'm an optimist by default and a digger by habit, the kind of person who keeps asking "but why is it like this?" until the real problem shows up.

When I'm not designing, I'm usually lost in something random, like breaking down a fragrance's ingredients in my head and debating whether it's my vibe. I appreciate big ideas, good collaborators, and keeping the work fun, because the work should be as enjoyable as the results it delivers.
